About us

The service is run by Reliable Communications s.r.o., a network operator registered in the Czech Republic.

We are neither a volunteer project nor an anonymous team. Reliable Communications is a RIPE LIR with its own address space, part of a group that has worked with internet infrastructure for years. The company behind the service has a name, an address and obligations that come with them.

Whoever answers the question "where is this site" decides whether you see it at all. That answer usually comes either from an operator bound by its own obligations, or from a global service that answers for free and learns everything about you. We think there should be a third option: one with a named owner, a known jurisdiction, and a visible way of paying for itself.

A small team of network engineers works on the service. We name the company, not the people.
